Caring for the individual for over 40 years
Our adult day center supports older adults and any adult with medical concerns, in maintaining independence for living in their own homes and communities. We are the largest adult day center in Dane County and the only center in the county that offers a custom program for people with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other memory loss conditions. We provide a more affordable alternative to nursing homes and most in-home health care services.
WE MEET BEST PRACTICE STANDARDS
We are proud to be accredited with the Council of Accreditation (COA). COA’s standards reflect our philosophy of enhanced growth and stability, measurable results, and an unwavering commitment to the health, safety, and rights of our clients.
Judy is used to wearing many hats in leadership and supporting roles, including teaching, case managing in a residential treatment center, advising and programming in campus ministry, and working with the homeless population. She is thrilled to be a part of the largest Adult Day Center in Dane County, supporting a staff who meet individual needs with a holistic and compassionate approach. Serving the aging population at Catholic Charities means providing quality care through meaningful social opportunities and health monitoring – enabling individuals to remain in their preferred community residence. If you have questions for Judy or would like more information about the center, please send her an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
